All guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to stated treatment time. Please understand that your late arrival may result in reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest.

We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations.

Less than 48 hours’ notice results in 50% charge. less than 12 hours’ notice results in 100% charge on original booking.
